DAW is responsible for your personal information under its control. We have appointed a Privacy Officer who is accountable for DAW’s compliance to this Privacy Policy.

You have complete control over your personal information. In general, you can visit our web site without providing us with any personal information. Any information that we require from you we will endeavor to inform you as to the purpose and use of said information and seek your written consent where appropriate. This information may include registration data (your name, address, email address, phone number, fax number, etc.)

Personal information is the recorded information that relates to you as an individual, that identifies you as a client of DAW, and that allows us to provide services and information directly to you. We ask you for your personal information so that we can:

Distinctive Auto Works Employees

All of our users’ information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Our employees must use employee user identification codes and passwords to access this information in our secure administration system.
Customer Access
Upon request in writing, you will be informed of the existence, use, and disclosure of your personal information and you will be given access to that information. We will assist any customer who informs us that they need assistance in preparing a request concerning personal information. You can ask to delete or correct any information contained in your file. The request for correction must be made by writing to us, either by mail, fax or by e-mail at the contact information below. DAW has thirty (30) days to reply.
