My AIR MILES® from Distinctive Auto Works did not appear in my account. What happened? Typically your Miles will appear in your account within 6 weeks of the transaction date. However, AIR MILES® policy is it can be up to a three-month lag before Miles appear in your account. Using your AIR MILES® card.

No. In order to get AIR MILES® Reward Miles, you must either present your AIR MILES Card or provide the Collector Number to be entered at time of purchase.

Distinctive Auto Works is unable to award Miles on previous purchases.
